Your site has to be related to the series Naruto
Your site has to have a decent layout
Your site should have at least 10 pages of contents
Preferably no pop-ups unless your site is really good
Not a site that have more than 10 affiliates, I don't like sites with too many affiliates
Be prepared to keep in touch, by emails, tag my board once in a while or sign the guestbook
I don't care about number of hits, since I only get around 30-40 hits a day.
Must be updated at least once every 2 months. There are exceptions as well
If you are already an affiliate but have too many affiliates, I will remove you from my affiliates list as well unless we keep in touch because it shows that you only care about hits and that disgust me

I have the right to remove you from my affiliate list if I suspect you of ripping from other sites. I hate rippers.
