That's also in the first few parts. She grew up in an environment where everybody ignores Naruto and Naruto constant ranting. She grew to like Naruto though, trusted him and is even jealous that he cares for another girl!

Can't deny it ^^ 90% of teenage girls do, even me, maybe not Eve. But she did change, when she cut her hair, it shows that she doesn't really care about how she looks. Sakura loves her hair, you can see from episode 54 (??) cutting it is a big deal.
