Collected some Materia and you want to exchange it? Well, this is the right place! Just fill out the form below ^_^ If the form isn't working, send an e-mail with the information to kakeru.hino@gmail.com. Remember, you can only get normal cards! Puzzles, Golden Cards or Cards with a value more than one won't be accepted!

Oh, and you can only send in a form ONCE A WEEK. If you send in a second form, the old one will be deleted if I haven't replied to it yet. If I HAVE replied to it, I will delete the new e-mail. And please don't send in more than seven Materia's a week ^^
