How to fill in the form

It have came to our attention that many people don't know how to fill in the form because they wrote crap for some fields.

Name - your name of course
Email address - your WORKING email address
Website URL - THIS IS WHERE YOU TYPE YOUR CURRENT WEBSITE!!!!!!!
Subject of your site - what you intend to use the space given to you for
Desired subdomain name - (eg. http://flyne.net/tatsuki) this is what you will get. NOT http://tatsuki.net!
Space needed - how much space do you think you need
Desired FTP username & password - the user & pass you need to upload files
Comments - If you have read the rules, you should know what are required here
